Where our mission is simple: keep it local, keep it fresh and homemade. It's what makes us different. All our dishes are made from scratch in-house, including our sauces, dressings and even our mayonnaise!

All our meats are locally sourced from Ontario farms, and we work with local growers for the freshest produce! We are committed to sourcing from our community, and work with area suppliers to provide Ontario products wherever possible - including our Beer and Wine!!

In order to deliver authentic Southern cooking and flavours to our guests, it is imperative that we use authentic Southern ingredients, most of which are sourced directly from suppliers across the Southern United States. They are family businesses just like 

us - and we have visited all of them!
