​There's real satisfaction making patties by hand from beef that's ground and blended in-house. It's therapeutic. Oh, and delicious! Served with lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, mustard, relish and our own custom mayo. 

All of our meats are smoked over 100% Hickory hardwood. Pork and Brisket are smoked overnight for 12-24 hours, Ribs for 4-6 hours. Our rub and sauces were developed by founder Chris "The General" Corrigan after more than 20 years of trial and error and enthusiastic taste-testing to reach the perfect flavour combinations. We've won multiple awards on the Kansas City BBQ Society competition circuit, and we are sick and tired of hearing "Y'all are from Canada!?!" whenever we do.

​These big, beefy Texas Short Ribs are a rare and treasured delicacy for good reason! These marbled morsels of sin are actually one of the most expensive and feuded-over cuts down at the butcher's.
