Where our mission is simple: keep it local, keep it fresh and homemade. It's what makes us different. All our dishes are made from scratch in-house, including our sauces, dressings and even our mayonnaise!
All our meats are locally sourced from Ontario farms, and we work with local growers for the freshest produce! We are committed to sourcing from our community, and work with area suppliers to provide Ontario products wherever possible - including our Beer and Wine!!
In order to deliver authentic Southern cooking and flavours to our guests, it is imperative that we use authentic Southern ingredients, most of which are sourced directly from suppliers across the Southern United States. They are family businesses just like us - and we have visited all of them! Hampton Campbell and his family on Campbell Farms in Gueydan LA grow our rice, our artisnal corn grits are milled by Glenn Roberts from Anson Mills in Columbia SC, and our multi-use Slap Ya Mama! Cajun Seasoning is blended by the Walker family of Ville Platte LA! From our family to yours, our only goal is to deliver the best Southern Cookin North of the Mason-Dixon Line!
